This was my first try at making a 4-tier Duckie Diaper Cake and I had so much fun making it! I want to make another one =)
i used a total of 142 diapers. i used 56 size 1 diapers for the first two tiers and 86 size 2 diapers for the bottom two tiers. and used baragin priced toys from wal-mart and ribbons from the dollar store to decorate.

thank you! i used thin ribbon, 1/4 inch and just strung them through the pacifiers and teething toys and tied a knot in the back rather than the front so it wasn't visible.

Your cake is amazing. I want to do a cake similar by adding pacifiers teething rings and other play toys. Can you tell me how you attached these items to the cake. I am going to use a wide ribbon around all four tiers of the cake. Your in put would be greatly appreciated.
