Baby Basket Cake

Vanilla cake frosted with whip cream (basket weave) Handle and all accents made with fondant. I made the shoes and other baby items way ahead of time to make sure it would be completely dried. It was a lot of fun.

Thank you for your nice comment. I live in California. What you can do is print a picture and take it to a bakery and have them make you one just like it. I would love to make one for your sister but we live so far away from each other.....

Thank you Julia, I'm so sorry I didn't use any paterns, I used the bottom an a baby shoe to do the sole of the sandles and the socks and shirt I did it free hand. It took me a couple of tries but it came out ok.
