Baby Bootie Poem Help!

Hi,

There is a poem out there that you give to the bride at her shower and 1 baby bootie

"This shoe I give to you
Way before I know it's due.
But you won't know who it's from,
Until you need the other one!"

I now need the last part of the poem to give it's mate at the baby shower but can't find it, please help the shower is this weekend.

And she LOVED it.
I finally get to give her the second bootie today and she has said the only reason she agreed to have a shower was to find out who gave her the bootie.

Just wondering if this poem would work at a baby shower and if so....do I give one bootie at the shower and when baby is born mail the other one..not sure if this would be tacky!!!
