Little baby booties

This is a cute idea I am going to use at my daughter-in-law's baby shower.
You use the little paper or plastic cups like you put your Ketchup in at fast food restaurants, cotton balls, Kleenex and ribbon. Take a Kleenex and lie on a flat surface, take a cup and place in the center of the Kleenex, place a large cotton ball in front of the cup and begin folding the Kleenex starting at the cotton ball.
Fold the Kleenex inside cup all the way around. Measure about 10 inches of different colors of ribbon and tie around the top of the cup and there u have a baby bootie. Fill with nuts or mints and you have a great favor for the guests to take home and it makes a pretty decoration for the table.

pink or blue ribbon
What to do:
Fold tissue in half place paper container in the center and arrange 3 cotton balls on the side of the container.
