The base of the cake contains 30 diapers held together by one large rubber band,each diaper is taped to keep them from coming apart,I wrapped a blanket around the base secured with safety pins,2nd level contains 15 diapers, 3rd level contains 7 diapers, I rolled baby washcloths to form the lollipops and took infant socks to make the mint candies that are attached to the blanket,I covered each tier with ribbon to hide the rubber bands,the cake contains bottle,rattle,washcloths,pacifier,spoon set,and teether
I hot glued the elephant to the ribbon on the 3rd tier.
