2 weeks before I made the cake, I molded the canopy and tires from 50/50 fondant and sugar paste.
Baked 1/2 sheet cake. Chocolate with whipped ganache. Trimmed it evenly in the side. After the crumb coat I attached the canopy to the cake.
Then did a basket weave all around and over the canopy.
Placed the cake on a stand I especially made for the cake.
Attached the tires and delivered.

Baby Buggy Cake
It is a 14" round cake that I Split and filled with strawberry curd and the wheels are 6" round also split and filled. The icing on the large cake is strawberry flavored and the wheels are iced with chocolate fudge icing.
