For this cute baby cake...

You will need 2 round cakes: 10 inch head and 12 inch body.

Fondant for diaper, feet, cheeks, ears and nose. Chocolate for eyes, hair, wording and smile.

Tie a ribbon into a bow and the plastic safety pins can be found at a dollar store or craft store.
