Tips 233 (grass), 14 (flowers), 70 (leaves), 3 (white caps & writing)
Prepare cake mix per box directions.
Fill a 9X13 sheet cake pan 3/4 full with batter.
Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10-15 minutes.
Level cake with a serrated knife or leveler, etc.
Transfer cake from pan to a cooling rack.
Cool completely. Transfer cake to cake board covered with board paper or aluminum foil.
With a spatula, ice the pond area with blue icing.
Ice the sides and rest of the top of the cake green (smoothness is not a factor with this cake).
Pipe in leaves and grass around the pond and some leaves/grass mounds randomly around the cake.
Add jelly bean rocks and a few frogs too! Arrange duckies in the water and use a small amount of white icing to pipe in white caps on the water.
Break wafer cookies in half, swipe a small amount of icing along back sides and press them into the side of the cake.
Add leaves and grass border around the bottom of the cookies.
Pipe in little flowers in the grass mounds and around the border grass.
