We had three sections of cake that was two layers each. The 14" was white and chocolate, the 10" was lemon and the 6" was strawberry, that way people could pick what flavor they wanted.
We attached the bottom of the cake to a revolving light we had to make the entire cake spin. We used fondant icing to cover the cake with the base being butter cream.
We used royal icing for all the flowers, that were made 2 days before hand. The babies we attached to large lifesavers and then attached the string to them and attached them to the bottom of the 6".
It took twelve hours the day before the shower to assemble the entire cake.
