Buy an artificial wreath and add (with hot glue) party favors or other baby shower decorations.

You can fill it with cute baby items that can be pulled off and used when the baby arrives. Little shampoos, baby wash, nail clippers, etc.

Or you can just add cute decorations.

Baby Shower Tree

I had a baby shower for a friend before I could take my Christmas tree down. I just took off the decorations and replaced them with ribbons, booties, bottles, socks, pacifiers, ect. Oh and a big fluffy bow, in baby colors draped from the top down the sides. Also, paint clothes pins or use diaper pins and the guests can pin on money.

It was such a good idea and was raved over.

Diaper Sachet

I bought some felt and cut it in a pattern to make a diaper.

Then, I bought organza bags and filled them with potpourri.

I placed it inside the diaper and then decorated the diaper as best I could.

Nappy Cake & Soap Lollies

Hi The cake I made for my baby sister consisted of 90 nappies, 4 prs socks,a few toys,a vest, a scarf, cap and mittens, a receiving blanket and a fleece blanket. The cake itself was easy to assemble it was the decorating that took the time. I made soap lollies - the melt and pour kind, and handed them out as favors. They were a great hit! It was a great first attempt on the cake and I'm seriously considering it as a spare income - Nappy cakes are really taking off in South Africa
