Baby Boy Diaper Cake
This Baby Boy Diaper Cake was made by Jodi from Cumming, GA Below are her directions for making this cute diaper cake: I used a cake board as the base and just rolled up many diapers, laid them flat on a table, taped the top part so that it made a straight line and then lifted the diapers onto their side. I then attached each end with tape and filled it in with more diapers. After it was stabled I would pull out random diapers around the perimeter and replace them with a baby cloth rolled up. I did this for three layers and after each layer was done I surrounded it with blue ribbon and then laid sheer polka dot ribbon over that. I then tucked in lots of baby things like pacifiers, little booties etc... I top the diaper cake with a bear and had a ribbon to top him. Editor's Note: I love the polka dot ribbon! It really adds to the cuteness of the cake. Some additional ideas for adding to the cake are bibs, rattles, teething rings, bottles, nail clippers, nose suckers and a thermometer.
