Brown and Blue Theme

For some cute brown and blue theme ideas, have a two-tier stacked cake, iced in blue or in blue fondant with brown fondant stars on the side.

If there are going to be quite a few people, you could make star-shaped name tags out of light blue cardstock edged with brown/gold glitter ink. Pin them on with diaper pins

Float bunches of brown and blue balloons all around.

For favors, you could get clear favor boxes or bags and fill with blue and brown jelly beans (found at candy shops.) Attach a cute note with blue/brown ribbon saying the Mother's name, baby shower and the date or just a nice "Thank You".

Use blue sherbet and Sprite for the punch.

Set out a tray of assorted chocolates for the brown.
