Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip Baby Shower Appetizers
Ingredients:
1-rotisserie chicken
1-pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
1-pkg cheddar cheese
1-bottle of Franks Red hot Sauce
1-2 tablespoons of vinegar
1-small bottle of chunky blue cheese dressing
1-pkg of blue cheese crumbles
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Take all meat off chicken and set aside. Add Frank's Redhot sauce to sauce pan, add vinegar to taste (this will lessen the hot taste, the more you add, the milder the sauce becomes.)
Add chicken to sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes on med-low heat until throughly coated.
Mix chicken mixture into cream cheese until mixed throughly place mixture into baking dish.
Cover chicken mixture with blue cheese dressing, add cheddar cheese on top and place in oven for 25-30 min, until bubbly hot.
Top with blue cheese crumbles, and serve with celery sticks, fried wontons or crackers.
Serves 10-15 people very well.
