Buko Pandan Sweets

by Olive
(Philippines)

The following ingredients that are needed:
Coconut (shredded)
Powdered jelly / bars of jelly
Condensed milk
Pandan leaves

1. Heat the water and wait for it to boil.

2. When water is boiling, put the powdered or bars of jelly and stir it until the bits are gone, and soak the pandan leaves-- the jelly is ready when you smell the aroma of pandan leaves.

3. When jelly is ready, put it in a thin container and let it cool.

4. When jelly has cooled, slice it into cubes and put it in a container, together with the shredded coconut and condensed milk.

5. Mix it very well, but be careful not to squash the jellies.

If its too sweet, you can add a bit of the coconut juice or if not, add more condensed milk.
** To make it more delightful, you can add fruit.
