Bun In The Oven Baby Shower Favors
This is such a great and festive baby shower favor to give! Everyone loves cinnamon rolls so why not give them as favors!
For my baby shower, all the guests received a wrapped up cinnamon roll from a bakery.
Hanging from the ribbon holding the wrap together was a tag that said, "Thank you, from
mommy-to-be's name bun in the oven." Everyone loved the idea and the cinnamon rolls were extra yummy!
Editor's Note (Amy)You can also make your own quick and easy cinnamon rolls
1 8 oz can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
1/4 C softened butter
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C raisins (optional)
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 Tbsp milk
Heat oven to 375°.
Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles.
Spread 1 Tbsp of butter over each dough rectangle.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over each rectangle.
Sprinkle each with raisins (optional).
Roll up each rectangle by starting at the short end.
Pinch edges to seal.
Using a knife, cut each roll into 5 slices.
Place slices, cut side down, in ungreased 9 inch square pan.
Bake 16 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes.
To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk together with a wire whisk and pour over the baked cinnamon rolls.
Wrap up in cute clear bags and attach a cute favor tag. Tie with ribbon or bakers twine.
