Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This makes a perfect baby shower appetizer...

1 bar of cream cheese
1 sm. jar artichoke hearts
1/2 bag of frozen spinach
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Thaw the spinach and drain. Put bar of cream cheese in microwavable dish and microwave for about 45 seconds to soften. Mix all ingredients in bowl and put in serving dish.

When ready to serve the dip can be microwaved for 3-5 minutes or baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

This recipe is great to serve with tortilla chips or veggies. Also it is easily doubled for larger parties.
