Host A Fish-Themed Baby Shower

Below are some cute ideas on how to host a fish-themed baby shower!

  • The invitation above has a cute saying that can also work for a baby shower - simply replace "birthday" with "baby shower" (This Under the Sea Party Invitation is fully customizable)

    It's a baby shower that's as grand as can be!

  • Serve bowls full of goldfish crackers and bowls of red Swedish fish

  • Make some blue punch and place a miniature fishing pole coming out of the bowl - you can always make a pole using a clean shaven stick and a string. Attach a cute sign to the bowl saying "gone fishin'"

  • Sprinkle seashells and starfish on tables and counter tops...found at craft stores

  • If you are feeling extra crafty...take some large clam shells and pour candle wax in them along with a wick to make some festive candles

  • Bake a fish-shaped cake

  • Hand out Go Fish cards for favors

  • Serve chips or crackers with a sign on the bowl saying "fish food"

  • Drape a large net over a chair (fishing net) or table and use it for stacking presents on

  • Bake some fish-shaped sugar cookies, frost and then wrap them in cellophane. Tie with a cute bow and attach a tag saying "Thanks for Coming to ________ Baby Shower" along with the date (we found a cute fish cookie cutter below)
