Pea In A Pod Centerpiece
Free Craft IdeasThis Pea In A Pod Centerpiece can be as plain or as jazzed-up as you would like it to be. The centerpiece that we have pictured is just a basic example, please don't feel you have to stop there! Add some cute fixin's and embellishments to it such as socks, rattles, onesies, booties, etc!
For this baby shower craft idea You will need:
- A yard of green fleece
- Ribbon to tie the ends of the fleece
- String
- 10-30 Diapers (depending on how large you want to make it)
- Green cellophane
Roll diapers up jelly-roll style and tie with string. Bundle the rolled diapers up and wrap in cellophane to form a "pea." Tie end with string to resemble a pea. Make as many "peas" as necessary (twins, triplets.) Lay "peas" in center of fleece.Tied end down. Gather the ends of the fleece and tie with ribbon. Cut off any excess fleece. This baby shower centerpiece makes a wonderful present for the baby at the end of the shower!
