Hawaiian Beach Surfer Baby Shower Idea

This is an addition to the Surfer/Beach theme:

• Make your own invitations by using small plastic baby bottles. You can usually find these at $1 stores. Type your invitations on paper and insert in the bottle. Add blue or pink sand and a cute ribbon to!
  Attach the address to the outside with a white label and mail them! The post office accepts these!


The invitation can say something like:

“Hang Ten” with us

as we celebrate a baby shower!

________ and __________ are eagerly expecting the

arrival of their new little surfer dude(dudette).


• Buy sand pails in blue or pink (or yellow/green if the sex is unknown) fill will sand. Place shells, starfish and a shovel inside and tie colorful balloons to the handle for a cute centerpiece. Place candles around the pails. You can even place sand in the center of the table with the pail and the candles in it. Add shells to it as well!



• Cover tables in white tablecloths and run a strip of fun beach fabric down the center of the table.



• On the cake you could write: “Welcome Little Surfer”
