help with a poem for mommy-to-be care package

I am throwing a baby shower for a friend and I recently read about this mommy-to-be care package. It contains different things that have these little meanings like a clock to remind you that children grow up too fast and marbles to replace the ones you've lost and band aids to fix hurt feelings, etc. Has anyone heard of this? And does anyone know of a poem for this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
