Hot Baby Item
This game is just like the hot potato game but with a fun twist. Buy a few adult baby items, such as adult diapers, bibs, pacifiers, etc. Wrap each item. Gather the same amount of people as gifts plus an extra person. Give them one item at a time and as the music plays they need to pass the item around. Whoever ends up with the item in their hands, has to unwrap it and wear it.
