It's A Jungle - Baby Boy Cake
This was a three-tier cake. It was for my neighbor who asked me do a cake for her daughter's baby shower. I have been doing cakes for about a year and I am proud to say I am getting better.
It was a my own yellow cake recipe with strawberry preserve filling. My own version of Butter cream icing and my own recipe for the marshmallow fondant. I used the fondant to make all the animals.
I used gel for the waterfall, brown sugar for the sand and icing for the grass and for the monkeys bananas I used candy. Making cakes is hard work and I am proud to present this cake in this contest.
