Marilyn's Enchilada Dip


(Texas)

MARILYN'S ENCHILADA DIP
Baby Shower Recipe


Ingredients:

3 Lbs. Hamburger - browned and drained
1 Pkg. Enchilada Mix
1 Can Rotel tomatoes
1 8 oz. jar Picante Sauce
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup or 1 can tomato sauce
Grated Cheese

Combine all ingredients. Top with grated cheese.
Bake @ 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or crackers.

We made this for the baby shower I hosted this past weekend and it was a hit!

It was the "Perfect Baby Shower Food" to serve!

I tried this recipe and it was very delicious. I made the entire recipe and it was eaten entirely. So don't worry about making too much!

This is a good recipe but makes alot. It can cut down for baby shower or smaller crowd.
