Trendy Mommy And Me Diaper Cake
I used over 60 size 1 Pampers Swaddlers diapers for this cake.
I rolled all of them and secured them with an elastic band.
Then I decorated the cake with high end ribbon, flowers and a cute little Boyd's bear for baby.
I added some nice products for mommy from Upper Canada products...and it turned out great...Sold this cake to a major company for their public relations officers baby shower:)

Elegant Yellow Poppy Diaper Cake
Elegant Yellow Poppy Diaper Cake
With this 3 tier cake I used 92 Pampers newborn diapers. I used my cake pans size 12, 9, and 6 for easy assembly. I strategically layered the diapers in the pan until the correct fullness was achieved then secured with a elastic cord for easy removal. I continued this on the other tiers.
I found coordinating yellow with white polka dots gross grain ribbon and yellow poppies. The ribbon is secured by glue dots for easy removal and the flower stems are pressed into the diapers for stabilization and easy removal as well. I like to keep things simple, yet elegant.

I made a traditional cake using pampers size 1 diapers. I rolled up the diapers and and used product in the middle such as baby powder and shampoo.
I wrapped a baby blanket around the bottom layer and used baby clothing to decorate around covering he diapers.
After the cake was complete I added accent decorations such as crystallized pacifiers, little boots, ribbon, flowers, and my signature letter of the baby’s name.
I placed the final product on top of a hat box I found at a local store where more babies clothing was displayed.

For the deluxe style, I make sure I have my 85 diapers, cake pans to help arrange them uniformly in the fanned style. Make three tiers(40, 28, and 17 diapers) and secure them with rubber bands around the outside of each tier.
I use cardboard paper towel rolls in the center for stability, then decorate according to baby shower theme or nursery theme. In the case of this diaper cake it was decorated for my cousin's baby shower theme.
I included a couple of extra gifts on top of the cake. A pink with brown polka dots onesie rolled up for baby and petal soaps for Mom in a vanilla scent elegantly wrapped in satin ribbons.

Shabby Chic Bassinet Diaper Cake
WINNER OF OUR CUTEST CAKE CONTEST!
I made this shabby chic bassinet diaper cake for my cousin. I had no clue what to do for a shabby chic theme, so this is what I came up with. I had the chenille bunny, blanket and pillow made for this diaper cake. I really love how it turned out. I made the hood from brass rings I bent into form and lace to cover it.

Sophisticated Baby Diaper Cake

Sophisticated Baby Diaper Cake
I started with a bottle of champagne and surrounded it with three layers of loosely wrapped diapers around the base of the bottle securing the diapers with rubber bands.
I did the same for the next two layers(you depending on how tightly you roll the diapers you should only need a bag of 60 diapers) ....I then folded a sheet of tissue paper over and over again till it was the height of my cake then wrapped it around each layer of the cake (so you would have a nice smooth surface to work of off AND keep the diapers clean!)I bought a range of ribbons and fiddled around until I found a combination that I liked.
This cake has two ribbons butted up against each other then a wide sheer ribbon wrapped around it....I used left over scrap booking material and fringe to finish off the job, I also put a layer of crinkly paper on top of the diapers ....This is my first diaper cake ever and I am SUPER happy with the way it turned out....I have to mention that the only reason I thought of doing a cake was because I needed a way to display my crocheted booties :)! Hope I explained it well enough....Good luck!
