Need Baby Shower Game Poem

I used to have a very popular Baby Shower Game Poem that I used for a couple of showers I hosted, but have since lost it. It was about what the guests were wearing and for each thing as the poem was read they had to add up points and I remember points had to be subtracted if their bra was padded, etc. It was very cute. I guess it wasn't specifically about babies, but was a fun activity for a group of ladies. Anyone have this one? Thank you!
