I made a 8 inch chocolate cake with butter cream filing and frosting. Then i tinted some fondant blue and that became my first layer.
Then I colored some more fondant green and cut it out to look like grass and placed each piece on separately.
After that a used a cookie cutter to make the yellow stars, and then hand made each baby and the cloud with fondant, and then put it all together.
