Pregnant Belly Cake For this Pregnant Belly Cake I started with an 11 x 15 cake for the base layered and filled with butter cream and then covered with butter cream. For the tummy and bust I used Betty Crocker Bake' n fill pans layered and filled with butter cream and then covered with butter cream. I then covered the tummy and torso with fondant and smoothed it and then added tank top and jeans. The snap and rivets are made of gumpaste and then painted with luster dust mixed with lemon extract.
