I attended a shower at work where I was introduced to the "DIAPER CAKE"...I automatically fell in love and decided to create my first one for my friend.

For this Pretty In Pink Diaper Cake I used:

42 Stage 1 (Pampers Diapers)
4 Bibs
4 Washcloths
4 Onesies
Pink Ribbion
10" Cake Squares
2 Pacifiers

This has alot of potential. Could have added some straw paper as icing. Could have made a bigger base to accommodate the large top piece.
