Can't Remember How many Diapers i used, for the first tier, i rolled up a bunch of newborn diapers around a can of formula they were secured with rubber bands. and layed them on top of a open recieveing blanket removed the can of formula and i tucked all sides into the center and replaced the can of baby formula
2nd tier i folded a recieving blanket into 3rds, then untucked the top of it and wrapped it around the top tier folding the top 3rd into the hole the way i did the first tier, securing with the pink changing matt i used as the center of the 2nd tier. then i decorated it with the things from a prepackeged baby gift set. and some silk flowers and ribbons. i secured everything with some tape. no pins/glue used.
