This is my new favorite baby shower favor idea...

And it would be perfect for a Valentine's Baby Shower!

Take a cardboard toilet paper roll and fill it with candy. Then wrap it with wrapping paper - to match the theme. Tie each end with pretty ribbon and attach a cute favor tag to it! Simple and so cute!

Serve Pink Sandwiches!

Tea Sandwiches would be cute. A tasty pink idea would be turkey with cream cheese that has been mixed with some cranberries; the cranberries tint the cream cheese pink when mixed together. Spread a little cream cheese on bread, add turkey and voila. These are yummy!

My favorite favor idea is to set up several candy jars with candies in the colors of your theme (pink and red in this case.) You could use rock candy, m&ms, candy hearts etc. Set up 6 jars of Valentine colored candies and have guests scoop out their favorites into cute bags.
