DIY Crepe paper garland - baby shower banner idea

To make this colorful addition to your party banner, make this easy and affordable crepe paper banner / garland.

Simply cut 2 strips of crepe paper and place on top of each other. Cut each piece approx. 30" - or however long you want to make it.
You can make the ends fancy by cutting a triangle into each one.
Twist the center of the paper together - twist until you have a 2" twisted area in the center.
Make a loop and twist to secure. (see picture)
Continue making these until you have the desired amount.
String onto twine or yarn.

Cut out each letter
Punch 1 holes in the top of each letter
String onto twine
Make the tulle garland by cutting several strips of tulle
Tie each one to string or twine
Hang the tulle garland
Use the printable alphabet letters to make a banner and hang the lettered banner on top
