Games, signs, favor tags, banners, checklists and more - all free, all printable at home
Creating printables is honestly my favorite part of running this site. There's something so satisfying about designing something cute, knowing it's going to end up framed on a gift table or printed out the night before a shower and looking like it took hours to make.
This page is the central hub for every free baby shower printable I've created - organized by category so you can find exactly what you need fast. Everything here is free to download. Most items print on standard 8.5x11" paper or cardstock, and several are in 5x7" and 8x10" sizes that drop right into a dollar store frame.
New here? Start with the signs and favor tags - those two alone will make your shower look completely styled. Then grab the game pack if you want activities ready to go without hunting down individual files.

Get the Letters →Yes - and it's one of the most popular tools on the site. The baby shower checklist covers every planning task in the right order, from six weeks out all the way to the day of the shower. You can use it digitally or print it out and check things off the old-fashioned way.
Every task in the right order so nothing gets forgotten - from venue booking to day-of setup. Print it or use it interactively online.
Get the Checklist →Most free baby shower printables only need three things: a decent inkjet printer, white cardstock, and a pair of scissors or a paper trimmer. For signs you plan to frame, 65-80 lb cardstock gives the cleanest results. For game sheets and checklists, regular copy paper works perfectly fine.
Here are the supplies I personally use and recommend:

Visit PrintItBaby.com →What free baby shower printables do I actually need?
The most useful free baby shower printables are a welcome sign, food table labels, at least one or two game sheets, and favor tags. Those four categories alone will make your shower look completely styled and organized. The checklist and address station sign are great add-ons if you want to stay on top of planning and thank-you notes.
Can I print baby shower printables at home without a special printer?
Yes - a standard home inkjet printer handles almost all baby shower printables beautifully. Set your printer to "Best" or "Photo" quality, print at 100% scale, and use white cardstock for anything you plan to frame. For large format prints like an 18x24" welcome sign, a quick trip to Staples or FedEx Print gets the job done for a few dollars.
Are all the printables on this page really free?
Yes - every printable linked from this hub page is free to download. Some are hosted on Payhip and some on PrintItBaby.com, but all are free. A few items are editable so you can add your own details before printing; others are non-editable and print as-is.
What paper size do baby shower printables come in?
Most baby shower printables are sized for standard US paper - either 8.5x11" (full page, great for games and checklists), 5x7" (perfect for framed signs), or 8x10" (a slightly larger framed sign option). A few large-format welcome signs are 18x24" and need to be printed at a copy shop. Each download page notes the exact size included.
How do I make baby shower printable signs look professional?
Print on 65 lb white cardstock rather than regular paper - the difference in quality is immediately visible. Slip the printed sign into a simple frame from Dollar Tree, and place it on a small easel or prop it against a vase. That combination looks intentional and styled, even if the whole thing cost under $3 to put together.
Can I use baby shower printables for a co-ed shower or sip and see?
Absolutely. Most of the printables on this site come in neutral colorways (beige, white, sage green) that work perfectly for co-ed showers, sip and sees, or gender-neutral parties. The game pack includes games that are fun for mixed crowds, and the favor tags have neutral options that fit any guest list.
