Hi! Welcome to my crazy world! I'll start off with a little background info...My name is Amy and I live in Washington state. My husband Matt and I have 2 girls - Kenzie (10) and Emma (5). I went to college at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and majored in Business Administration/Marketing. This website has been my passion for the last 4 years! I have poured my heart into it and have loved every minute of it! This last summer I launched a 2nd site PrintItBaby.com, where you can print games, invites, etc. - Lately my brain has been on overdrive and I have ideas flying around all over the place! I have 2 more sites planned for the near future. About This Site I literally sit in my pj's each morning and type away on the computer. I get the fulfillment of being a 'working woman' and a stay at home mom all at the same time! Read on for the journey (short version) I took before getting where I am today... After having my girls, I was determined to find a way to stay at home with them. I sat on the computer for hours trying to find some way for me to make a little bit of money to help with the bills. After 7 years of trying just about everything...ebay, writing articles for websites, selling crafts online, etc, etc, etc. I just wasn't getting anywhere! This left me frustrated and just about ready to give up! And then, out of the blue, I decided I was going to make a website. Now, I knew absolutely nothing about designing a website - but something inside of me was determined. I researched for weeks trying to figure it all out...It took a lot of goof ups and thoughts of "what have I gotten myself into?"...but eventually it all came together!
My site is now over 4 years old and is bringing in more money than I ever dreamed of! I get several emails a week asking how to get started building a website..is it hard?, does it take a lot of work? etc. Each morning I would sit at my computer and answer everyone's questions one-by-one...Sometimes taking up to 2 hours to finish. The other day I had a thought! Why not write down everything I know about building a successful website and offer it to anyone who's interested! I know that there are a ton of frustrated parents out there that would love to be able to stay at home with their kids but can't seem to find a way. They would love to ditch the commuting, daycare, guilty feelings of being gone at work everyday...just like I felt. It took me years to figure it all out - and now that I know how to do it, I would LOVE nothing more than to share it with you! So...I wrote down everything I know about creating a website: It is all FREE to you...working from home has completely changed my life and I would love to help you change yours too! Enjoy!
